Most organizations track ICT assets the same way: a spreadsheet somewhere, updated when someone remembers, trusted by no one. When an audit comes, or a device goes missing, or a warranty lapses unnoticed, the gap shows up as cost.
fahi.asset replaces the spreadsheet with a register that's actually kept current — check-in and check-out at the point of handover, not reconstructed after the fact. Every organization that subscribes gets its own database: nothing shared, nothing mixed with another tenant's assets.
We provision that database when a subscription activates, then hand you a working register from day one. Larger organizations — government agencies especially — often need the deployment itself to look different: hosted on their own domain, run on-premises, or placed in a cloud environment they control. We handle those as a separate conversation, not a self-serve checkout.
