Terms of Service
Last updated: 16 September 2026
These terms govern use of fahi.asset (the "Service"), operated as the front-gate subscription and provisioning system for the fahi.asset ICT asset management product. By creating an account or subscribing to a plan, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.
1. The Service
fahi.asset provisions a dedicated instance and database for each subscribing organization ("Tenant"). Your Tenant environment is not shared with other customers. Subscription plans, features and limits are described on our pricing page and may change with notice.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate organization and billing information when subscribing. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be authorized to bind your organization to these terms.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly as selected at checkout. A subscription is activated only once payment is confirmed by our payment provider; access is not granted on the basis of a browser redirect alone. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time; changes take effect on your next billing cycle unless stated otherwise.
4. Government and custom deployments
Organizations requesting on-premises, custom-domain or private-cloud deployment are handled outside self-serve billing under a separate agreement. These terms still apply to your use of the underlying Service unless a signed agreement states otherwise.
5. Data ownership
You own the asset data you enter into your Tenant. We do not access, use or share it except as needed to operate, secure or support the Service, or as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access another Tenant's data, disrupting the Service, or using it for anything unlawful.
7. Cancellation and data retention
On cancellation, your data remains exportable for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted from our systems.
8. Availability
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where practical.
9. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, fahi.asset is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to the email associated with your account before they take effect.
