This policy explains what fahi.asset collects when you visit this site or subscribe to the Service, and how it's used.

1. What we collect

When you subscribe, we collect the information needed to create your account and Tenant: organization name, contact name and email, and billing details processed by our payment provider — we don't store full card numbers ourselves. When you use the government quote path, we collect what you submit: organization name, contact email, deployment preference and any notes.

2. Asset data

Once your Tenant is provisioned, any asset, device or inventory data you enter belongs to your organization. We don't access it except to operate, secure or support the Service, or when required by law.

3. How we use information

We use account and billing information to activate and maintain your subscription, send billing and service notices, and respond to support requests. We don't sell personal information, and we don't use your asset data for marketing.

4. Payment processing

Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider. A subscription is only activated once that provider confirms payment via a server-to-server notification — we don't grant access based on a browser redirect alone, which keeps activation resistant to replay or spoofing.

5. Cookies

This site uses only the cookies necessary to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.

6. Data retention

Account and Tenant data is retained while your subscription is active, plus 30 days after cancellation for export, after which it's permanently deleted. Billing records are retained as required by law.

7. Data sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us run the Service — such as payment processing and infrastructure hosting — under agreements that limit their use of it. We don't share Tenant asset data with other customers or third parties.

8. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, or its deletion, by contacting us. We'll respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable law.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified to the email associated with your account before they take effect.
